In the morning I decided to prepare green smoothies, I still had fresh spinach from the farmer’s market and coconut water from the vegan shop. The other ingredients were one banana and one apple. Unfortunately my blender is not really good, otherwise I would prepare smoothies more often.
Beside smoothies I had crisp bread, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes with olive oil and herbs and newly discovered grape syrup for bread, which is sweet and has a special fruity taste. I also drank black tea, but I took no picture.
During the day time I was at home and studied for university exams. For lunch I had a healthy snack; one carrot, one apple, one banana, a few mulberries, freshly pressed pink grapefruit & mandarin juice and leftover coconut water.
For dinner I had a tasty and spicy Turkish lentil soup, you can find the recipe here on my blog. Every time it tastes a bit different, but always good.
In between I also had some cookies.
