I would like to share two of my favorite smoothie recipes I prepared lately. The first one is a green smoothie that I prepared for the last Vegan Wednesday.
- 2 handful spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- About 200 ml coconut water
Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend it for about one or two minutes and enjoy your smoothie.
I prepared this one many times before in different versions, sometimes I used pineapple or mango instead of apple. The combination of coconut water, banana, spinach and fruits is harmonical and a little exotic.

- 2 apples
- ½ banana
- 3 tablespoons (soya)-yoghurt
- 300 ml almond milk
- 1 tablespoon oats
- Optional: 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend it for about one or two minutes. It is a creamy, sweet and also filling smoothie, perfect for the breakfast.
