{Recipe} My favorite Smoothies

I would like to share two of my favorite smoothie recipes I prepared lately. The first one is a green smoothie that I prepared for the last Vegan Wednesday.

Ingredients:

  • 2 handful spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • About 200 ml coconut water

Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend it for about one or two minutes and enjoy your smoothie.

I prepared this one many times before in different versions, sometimes I used pineapple or mango instead of apple. The combination of coconut water, banana, spinach and fruits is harmonical and a little exotic.

The second one is a creamy apple banana smoothie, the recipe is from the blog gesunde Einhörner essen Regenbogenblumen, thanks for recommending this tasty recipe 🙂 there you can also find other vegan recipes with nice pictures.

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples
  • ½ banana
  • 3 tablespoons (soya)-yoghurt
  • 300 ml almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend it for about one or two minutes. It is a creamy, sweet and also filling smoothie, perfect for the breakfast.
