{Recipe} My two Favorite Granola Recipes

Preparing your own granola is amazing and yet so simple! It is a healthy and tasty choice for your breakfast. When preparing granola at home you can decide how much and what kind of sweetener you want to use.  And there is nothing better than the great smell of coconut oil and the other ingredients roasting in the oven ❤

Even my mom was totally convinced when I prepared my first granola at home, she asked me ‘what are you baking in the oven, it smells so good’. She liked the subtle sweetness and was surprised how crunchy it turned out to be.

I want to share two of my favorite granola recipes with you, the first one is with the earthy flavor of matcha green tea and pumpkin seeds and the second one is with the sweet flavor of vanilla and many healthy super foods.

Matcha Pumpkin Seed Granola

The matcha tea granola with pumpkin seeds wakes you up when you are tired and tastes great with almond milk.
