{Recipe} Easy San Sebastian Cheesecake

Today I want to share a new recipe for San Sebastian Cheesecake with you. It is a crustless cheesecake with slightly burned edges which originated from the Basque region in Spain. This cake was invented in the cafe La Viña in the city of San Sebastian. It is really delicious, has a light texture and caramelized edges. And another great thing about this cake is, that it’s simple to prepare and you only need a few ingredients.

{Recipe} Fluffy Vegan Cinnamon Apple Buns

Today I would like to share this recipe for these delicious fluffy vegan cinnamon apple buns. They are a great alternative to plain cinnamon buns, and the apples gives a yummy additional fruity flavor. I prepared them for the first time last week and they turned out so delicious that I had to share this recipe on my blog. I really like that they are not too sweet, have a fluffy dough and delicious apple bites.

{Recipe} Cezerye – Delicious Carrot Bars

Today I want to share a new recipe with you, that I published on my friends blog “gesunde Einhörner essen Regenbogenblumen” in German, but never on my own blog. It is a Turkish recipe from the region of Mersin for a delicious and sweet snack called ‘cezerye’. It’s taste is similar to Turkish delight but the main ingredient are carrots. These carrot bars tastes best with a glass of Turkish tea as an afternoon delight.

{Recipe} Creamy Overnight Oats – With Banana and Peanut Flavor

This recipe for creamy overnight oats is one of my current breakfast favorites. I really love how easy it is to make and that it can be prepared ahead. So in the morning you only have to take out your oats out of the fridge and add the topping.

This oats are flavored with peanut butter, bananas and coconut shreds which is an unusual combination but tastes really delicious. And the pomegranate seeds on top add a fruity taste and crunchy texture.IMG_8757
