{Recipe} Tabbouleh Recipe

Tabbouleh is a light and fresh salad with bulgur, parsley, mint, pomegranate and vegetables. Its a recipe originally from Lebanon and Syria. It makes a great lunch with healthy ingredients. Parsley is a source for many vitamins (like vitamin k, c and a), minerals and antioxidants. Mint promotes your digestion and can also help with nausea and headache. And I think everyone knows how healthy pomegranates are, they are the source for many vitamins, minerals (iron, magnesium) and antioxidants.

I prepared it for the last New Years Eve buffet. It would also fit to any other occasion, like a garden party, for barbecue or just as a simple lunch.
